Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days. You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). Notify us at hello@type2.bg with your order number.

Return conditions: the goods must be in good commercial condition — no signs of use, in the original packaging, with the complete set (cables, bag, documents). You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Return shipping: the direct cost of returning the goods (courier delivery back to us) is borne by the customer (Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Refunds: we refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice (we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned). Refunds are made to a bank account provided by the customer.

Claims: all products carry a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity. In case of a defect we arrange inspection and repair or replacement; claim costs are at our expense. Proof of purchase is required.
