Shipping policy

Free delivery to an Econt office or Econtomat parcel locker anywhere in Bulgaria — no minimum spend.

Delivery to an address (Econt or Speedy) is paid — the recipient pays the courier.

Delivery to other EU countries is at the recipient's expense. For orders outside Bulgaria, write to hello@type2.bg.

Lead time after the order is confirmed: 1–5 working days for products in stock; 3–10 working days for Schneider, Legrand and ABB products.

Parcels include the "inspect and test" option — you can check the contents before accepting them. If there is visible transport damage, record it with the courier and let us know at hello@type2.bg the same day.

Bulky items such as pedestals may be sent as a separate consignment.
