1. Trader
The online store type2.bg is operated by „Atvensys“ EOOD, UIC 206462072, VAT No. BG206462072, with registered office at 15 „Ivan Dimitrov Kuklata“ St, Slatina district, Sofia 1574, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@type2.bg.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between „Atvensys“ EOOD and users of type2.bg in distance selling under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
3. Prices
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The net price excluding VAT is shown alongside for reference. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders and contract
Orders are placed through the site without mandatory registration. The contract is concluded once we confirm by email or phone. We may decline an order if stock is exhausted or if there is an obvious technical error in the price.
5. Payment
Accepted methods: online card payment (Visa / Mastercard), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices include VAT. An invoice is issued on request — add your company details in the order note.
6. Delivery
- Free delivery on every order within Bulgaria — no minimum spend.
- We deliver with Econt and Speedy, to a courier office or to your address, at your choice.
- Lead time: 1–5 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Parcels include the „inspect and test“ option — check the contents before accepting them. If there is visible transport damage, record it with the courier and let us know the same day.
- Bulky items such as pedestals may be sent as a separate consignment.
Wall-mounted charging stations must be installed by a qualified electrician.
7. Right of withdrawal — 14 days
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act). Notify us at hello@type2.bg with your order number.
- The goods must be in good commercial condition: no signs of use, in the original packaging, with the complete set (cables, bag, documents).
- You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
- The direct cost of returning the goods (courier delivery back to us) is borne by the customer (Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act).
We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice (we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned). Refunds are made to a bank account provided by the customer.

8. Guarantee and claims
All products carry a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity. In case of non-conformity you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract under the Consumer Protection Act. The costs of a claim are at our expense; proof of purchase is required. Contact: hello@type2.bg.
9. Supervision and dispute resolution
Supervisory authority: Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП) — 4A „P. R. Slaveykov“ Sq., Sofia 1000, tel. 0700 111 22, kzp.bg.
Alternative dispute resolution: if we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may refer it to the competent conciliation commission at the КЗП (alternative dispute resolution body under Art. 181n of the Consumer Protection Act). The list of recognised ADR bodies is published at kzp.bg.
