What data we collect and why
- When you place an order — name, delivery address, phone and email — to perform the contract and deliver the goods. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments — we have no access to card numbers.
- When you send an inquiry — name (optional), phone and/or email — so we can get back to you.
- Analytics data (Google Analytics) — only after consent via the cookie banner — for visit statistics.
Who we share data with
Processors necessary for the service: Shopify (store platform), delivery couriers (name, address, phone) and Google (analytics, with consent). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by accounting legislation.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection — write to hello@type2.bg. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
