Terms of service

The online store type2.bg is operated by "Atvensys" EOOD, UIC 206462072, VAT No. BG206462072, registered office: 15 "Ivan Dimitrov Kuklata" St, Slatina district, Sofia 1574, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@type2.bg.

Prices: all prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and contract: orders are placed through the site without mandatory registration. The contract is concluded once we confirm by email or phone. We may decline an order if stock is exhausted or if there is an obvious technical error in the price.

Payment: online card payment (Visa / Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. An invoice is issued on request.

Delivery: free delivery on every order within Bulgaria — no minimum spend. We deliver with Econt and Speedy, to a courier office or to your address. Lead time: 1–5 working days after confirmation.

Right of withdrawal: consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act) — see the Return and refund policy.

Guarantee: all products carry a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity.
