Privacy policy

This policy explains how "Atvensys" EOOD (UIC 206462072, 15 "Ivan Dimitrov Kuklata" St, Slatina district, Sofia 1574, Bulgaria), operator of type2.bg and data controller, processes personal data. Contact: hello@type2.bg.

What we collect: order and contact details (name, address, phone, email), payment confirmation (card data is handled by the payment provider — we never see card numbers), order history, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies.

Why we process it: to fulfil orders and deliveries, issue invoices, handle returns and warranty claims, comply with legal obligations, and (with consent) measure how the site is used.

Who we share it with: Shopify (hosting of the store), courier companies (Econt, Speedy), payment processors and our accountants — each receives only what it needs. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with marketing or advertising partners.

Retention: order and invoice data for the periods required by Bulgarian tax law; analytics data per the retention settings of Google Analytics.
